All regions of the state are on track to move into Phase 4 of Restore Illinois on Friday, June 26.

The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) has issued detailed guidelines for how different sectors can reopen in Phase 4. DCEO guidelines and toolkits are available for manufacturing, health and fitness, offices, personal care services, retail, outdoor recreation, service counters (like dry cleaners, electronics repair, etc), day camps, youth sports, and restaurants and bars. Full details for business owners and employees can be found on the DCEO website. If you're a customer, a brief summary of the guidance is below:
Gatherings of up to 50 people indoors will be permitted. Gatherings of 100 people outdoors will be permitted.
Groups of 10 can be seated at restaurants.
Gyms, fitness centers, yoga, dance, cycling, Pilates and barre studios can open at 50% capacity.
Museums and zoos are open at 25% capacity.
Live entertainment such as plays, musicals and orchestras are open at 50% capacity.
