Children, ages 10 and younger, are welcome to spend a bewitching time at Heritage Park filled with spook-tacular fun! Decorate your own pumpkin and create a craft. Enjoy spooky storytelling, carnival games, a balloonist and inflatables. It’s all free and kid-friendly!
