About the event
The County promotes the inclusion of small businesses, minority- and women-owned business enterprises. This rebid of
the JOC Program is structured to maximize the participation of these types of small businesses. These meetings will
also be an opportunity for primes and subs to make contact with each other in advance of the bidding.
