JAC Services for Returning Residents

The Justice Advisory Council (JAC) is committed to supporting community organizations as they provide supportive services to targeted populations impacted by the criminal justice system. To further this initiative, JAC has publicly issued a Request for Qualifications to support services for individuals returning from prisons, jails and juvenile facilities.

Selected organizations and agencies will provide returning residents with legal, housing, employment, entrepreneurship, healthcare, education and general support services. Factors such as geographic area served, the Respondent's experience and the number served will all be taken into consideration moving forward, along with the Respondent's overall knowledge/experience relevant to a given project.

The RFQ can be accessed through the County's eProcurement site. In order to download the RFQ, applicants must login or register as new users. All proposal submissions are due Wednesday, September 4 at 3:00 p.m.
