COVID-19 Vaccine
Cook County has moved to Phase 2 of vaccinations, making appointments available to everyone 16 years of age and older. Do you, or someone you know, still need a vaccine appointment? We are happy to assist! Please call our district office at (847)729-9300 or email us.
On December 11, 2020, the very first COVID-19 vaccine was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Shortly thereafter, on December 18, 2020, a second vaccine was approved by the FDA for public consumption.

The creation and approval of these vaccines signal a massive shift in the fight against the coronavirus, offering hope of a return to normal life. But with this hope comes many questions - when can I receive the vaccine? Where can I sign up? How can I sign up?

This page will serve as a one-stop shop for all your vaccine-related questions. You will find helpful links, FAQs, and other crucial resources. Check back often as this page will be updated frequently. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out to my office with any questions.
Where can I sign up?
Feb 2 COVID-19 Vaccine Town Hall
Suburban Cook County residents* are invited and encourage to sign up with the Cook County Deparment of Public Health's COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program Portal. Residents will be able to find out what phase they are part of, get vaccine updates and get connected with available vaccine appointments. Additionally, residents can sign up with pharmacies and their primary healthcare providers.

Currently, the desire for vaccine far outpaces availability. Please be patient.

*This does not apply to residents of Evanston, Oak Park, Skokie, or Stickney Township.
